Making Waves helps companies to become digital industry leaders by providing tech and design consultancy. We deliver digital products and services, especially web and mobile solutions as well as digital service platforms. Our company offices are in Norway, Sweden, Poland and USA.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen our new business development capability on European markets such as DACH, BENELUX, UK.

We are looking for a result-oriented person with an entrepreneurial mindset and sales experience within digital technologies. For this position, you need to be passionate about identifying and understanding client needs. You should also have a solid understanding of digital solutions and experience in international sales of software development services.

Your main objective will be to generate more business, leveraging the expertise and offering of Making Waves Polska. You will actively identify, process, map and prospect new clients through proactive direct sales.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Hands-on clients acquiring, leads and prospects generation
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships and cross-sell to an existing portfolio of clients
  • Be an expert and trusted point of contact for clients.
  • Inspire prospects and clients by demonstrating our digital capabilities
  • Achieve conversion rates of leads and prospects
  • Become a key player in new pitches all around the world

 

We want you to have:

  • International sales experience and a proven record of building a pipeline, negotiating and closing deals within software development and digital technologies
  • Experience in working with digital products and services, including e-commerce solutions, complex web and mobile applications
  • Outstanding presentation skills and passion for networking
  • Professional command of English
  • Command of German, Dutch, French would be an additional asset
  • Interest and experience in a multicultural work environment
  • Readiness to travel up to 50% of time
